How to get around on the island of Ustica. The island of Ustica is not so big that it necessarily requires the use of a car to get around. It is however possible to disembark in Ustica with your own car‚ for those arriving with the ferry‚ except for the month of August. To get around‚ we recommend otherwise. It is possible to use the public bus service made available by the municipality‚ which regularly runs with stops on request. Another service that can be used are private taxi buses‚ which make transfers on call. But if you prefer to move freely and in a green way then you can use an electric vehicle for getting around the island‚ whether it is a bicycle or scooter. If‚ you are the sports type‚ you can also rent a classic bike. On the island there are several rental services where you can rent one of these vehicles. For more information you can ask us at our dive center or email/call us for information about rental services and contacts.
